- What size are standard business cards?
- 3.5" x 2" in the US. Build artwork at 3.75" x 2.25" to include 0.125" bleed on every edge, and keep text at least 0.125" inside the trim line.
- What is the difference between matte, gloss and soft-touch?
- Gloss is reflective and makes photos pop but shows fingerprints. Matte is flat and easy to write on. Soft-touch laminate has a velvety feel that most people notice immediately and resists scuffing.
- Can I write on the cards?
- Uncoated and matte stocks take pen easily. Gloss, soft-touch and plastic cards need a permanent marker.
