How do I join?

OJM Rewards is free and automatic. Just place an order or sign in to your account at your account page — we create your rewards profile the first time you check in.

How much am I earning per dollar?

10 points for every $1 spent, calculated on your subtotal (before tax and shipping). 100 points = $1 in redeemable value.

Do my points expire?

Each batch of points is valid for 12 months from the day it was earned. We'll email you a reminder before any big batch is about to expire so you have time to redeem it.

How do tiers work?

Your tier is based on the points you earn in a calendar year. Reach 2,500 for Silver, 7,500 for Gold, and 20,000 for Platinum. Silver, Gold, and Platinum also earn bonus points on every order (1.10×, 1.25×, and 1.50× respectively). Tier progress resets January 1, but any unredeemed points you still have carry over as your balance.

Do higher tiers really earn faster?

Yes — the bonus multiplier applies to every order you place. For example, a $100 order earns 1,000 points at Bronze, 1,100 at Silver, 1,250 at Gold, and 1,500 at Platinum. That accelerates how quickly you reach your next reward.

Where do I see my balance and redeem points?

Head to your rewards dashboard. You'll see your balance, current tier, referral code, and every reward available to redeem.

Can I use a reward with a discount code?

One code per order at checkout — reward codes can't stack with promo codes like our seasonal sales. Just pick whichever saves you more that day.
