Our Business Cards are printed in Black and White or full Color on premium 16 pt stock, upgraded to 18 pt with Matte Lamination or 19 pt with Soft Touch Lamination. This combination guarantees robust durability and a refined, tactile surface that stands up to daily handling.

Laminated Cards feature a clear gloss finish. With Spot UV, you can selectively highlight design elements, making logos or important details pop. The slightly raised UV coating gives each card a unique, professional texture that stands out from typical card designs.

We produce every card from high-quality 16pt stock, then enhance it with your choice of lamination film. The result: 18pt thickness for a silky matte finish, or 19pt for a soft touch feel. These Laminated Business Cards with Spot UV are a go-to for those wanting elegance as well as resilience.

Clear Spot UV

Spot UV brings your artwork to life by making selected details stand out. Used on Laminated Cards, the vibrant colors and the crisp gloss highlights create a memorable first impression for your brand.

File Preparation Guidelines:

Send two PDF files: one with your full-color artwork, and a second for the Spot UV template. Mark UV areas with 100% K (black), leaving non-UV areas white. For best results, make your Spot UV file vector. To coat an entire side, fill the template with 100% K. For 4/4 jobs using Spot UV on one side, ensure page 1 of your artwork corresponds to the UV side.

Caution: Don’t extend Spot UV designs to the trimmed card edges. Maintain a 5 mm UV-free margin to prevent peeling. If files are submitted with a full bleed, a 5 mm gap will remain, resulting in a non–Spot UV border. We do not recommend full-bleed spot lamination designs.
