Please note: White ink is not printed on Kraft Stock. We print only with CMYK inks. Full-color photos may appear darker because of the Kraft material's tone. For optimal results, use high-contrast designs with minimal color. This keeps your Business Cards crisp and easy to read.

General File Preparation Guidelines:

Download print-ready guides in this folder. Remove any hidden or setup layers before submitting to prevent extra elements from printing.

Submit each job, including multi-page projects, as a single PDF with all pages at the same size. Double-check file orientation and use the product’s orientation guides.

Avoid borders near the trim edge, as slight trimming shifts can cause uneven results. Always include a 1/8" bleed and keep all important text and artwork within the safety margin for the best outcome.

Provide high-resolution PDFs. Set images to CMYK at 300 DPI. For black text, use C0, M0, Y0, K100. For larger black areas, use C30, M20, Y20, K100 for deeper black. For small text, use only K100 to avoid registration problems.

Embed or outline all fonts. For the best color accuracy, submit files in CMYK mode unless otherwise specified.

Professional Results with 18 pt Kraft Business Cards

Minor printing shifts can occur. Thin white text reversed from dark backgrounds may fill in or blur. Use C30, M20, Y20, K100 for deep black and reduce heavy builds to minimize color shift.

Increase the size of knockout white text and lines. Minimum line weight is 0.75pt; minimum font size is 8pt. Consider slightly swelling knockout areas for added clarity after printing.
