- What is the minimum order for custom PVC cards?
- Most PVC card products start at 100 cards. Smaller runs are possible on request — send us a quote request with the quantity you need.
- Can you add magnetic stripes or barcodes?
- Yes. We offer HiCo and LoCo magnetic stripes, 1D barcodes, QR codes and sequential numbering. Encoding data can be supplied as a spreadsheet.
- What artwork do you need?
- Supply a 300 DPI CMYK file at 3.375" x 2.125" plus 0.125" bleed, with important content kept 0.125" inside the trim. PDF, AI and high-resolution PNG all work.
- How long does custom card printing take?
- Typical turnaround is 5-7 business days after proof approval, depending on encoding and finishing options.
