General File Preparation Guidelines:

For optimal printing, download our templates in this folder. Remove hidden layers or unwanted artwork. Submit each order as a single PDF, even for multi-page designs, ensuring sizes and orientation match.

To achieve a clean, professional look, avoid borders near the trim edge. Include a 1/8" bleed, and keep all key text or graphics inside the safety margin.

All PDFs should be high-resolution. Set images to CMYK at 300 DPI. Use C0, M0, Y0, K100 for black text. For large black areas, use C30, M20, Y20, K100 for brand consistency and a rich finish.

Keep small black text at K100 only to prevent registration issues. Make sure each font is embedded or outlined. Unless you need RGB or PMS, always work in CMYK for accurate output.

Thin White Text on Dark Backgrounds:

Print shifts can affect small white text on a dark background. Use C30, M20, Y20, K100 for these backgrounds. Avoid heavy ink mixes. Knockout text needs at least a 0.75pt line weight and 8pt font size for best results.
