General File Preparation Guidelines:

Download the guides provided in this folder to help achieve the best possible print results. Delete any hidden layers that are not meant to be printed. Each job must be submitted as a single PDF, with all pages set to the same size.

Be sure to orient files correctly. Review the File Orientation Guides provided for your product. Avoid placing borders close to trim edges, as small shifts in trimming may cause uneven or off-center borders.

Include a 1/8" bleed; keep all important text and artwork within the safety margin. Opt for a larger safety margin to protect essential content from being trimmed.

Ensure your PDF is high resolution. All images should be in CMYK color mode at 300 DPI for best results.

Black text should use C0, M0, Y0, K100. Large black areas need C30, M20, Y20, K100 for a rich black. Use only K100 for small black text to prevent registration issues. Outline or embed all fonts.

Submit in CMYK mode unless otherwise required. For thin white text on rich black, use C30, M20, Y20, K100 and increase knockout thickness. Minimum line weight is 0.75pt; minimum font size is 8pt. Slight swelling of knockout areas helps maintain sharpness.
