All cards are produced using premium 14 pt stock. Choose a popular matte finish or a high-gloss UV coating to suit your preferred look. Whichever coating you select, you receive quality cards that reflect your business identity.

General File Preparation Guidelines:

Download the guides found in this folder for optimal print results. Before submitting files, delete hidden or unwanted layers to avoid accidental printing of non-final artwork.

Submit multi-page projects as a single PDF. All pages should be the same size and in the correct orientation. Reference our File Orientation Guides for specifics.

Avoid borders close to the trim edge; slight trimming variations may make them appear uneven. Keep essential text and artwork within the safety margin, and provide a 1/8" bleed on all designs.

Ensure your PDF is high resolution, with all images in 300 DPI and CMYK color mode.

Use C0, M0, Y0, K100 for black text. For richer black on larger areas, use C30, M20, Y20, K100. This ensures optimal color and helps your cards achieve the depth you expect. For small black text, stick to K100 for registration precision.

All fonts must be embedded or outlined. For color accuracy, supply files in CMYK unless otherwise specified for your cards.

Thin White Text on Rich Black Backgrounds:

Small or thin white text on black backgrounds can experience minor shifts in printing, potentially affecting sharpness. To counter this, use the rich black formula C30, M20, Y20, K100. Avoid heavier builds that increase color shift risk. Boost thickness of white knockout text for better readability.

Recommended minimum line weight: 0.75pt
Recommended minimum font size: 8pt

Slightly increase the size of white knockout areas to maintain clarity after printing.
