All cards use premium 14 pt stock. Choose a popular matte finish for a classy appearance or opt for a high-gloss UV coating for extra shine and protection. Each finish guarantees your cards are crisp and professional.

General File Preparation Guidelines:

Download the guides provided in this folder to achieve optimal print quality.
Delete any hidden layers not intended to print, such as setup guides or extra artwork, to prevent accidental output.

Submit each order, even multi-page projects, as a single PDF with all pages set to identical sizes and correct orientation. Review the provided File Orientation Guides to ensure everything backs up perfectly.

Avoid borders near trim edges. Minor trimming variations may make them appear off-center. Include a 1/8" bleed and keep essential text and artwork inside the safety margin for best results.

Supply high-resolution PDFs at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode. Use C0, M0, Y0, K100 for black text. For larger areas, create a rich black with C30, M20, Y20, K100 to enhance depth. Always embed or outline fonts and stick to CMYK unless the product requires RGB or PMS.

Thin White Text on Rich Black Backgrounds:

Small shifts can occur during printing. Thin white text on rich black backgrounds may show minor color bleed. To improve readability, use the C30, M20, Y20, K100 formula, avoid heavier CMYK builds, and make knockout text thicker where possible.

Recommended minimum line weight: 0.75pt
Recommended minimum font size: 8pt

Apply slight swelling to white knockout areas to offset minor ink spread, preserving clarity.
