Each job should be a single PDF with pages the same size. Ensure the correct orientation. Avoid borders near the trim edge, and allow a 1/8" bleed with text and artwork inside the safety margin.

Set your PDF to high resolution and use images in CMYK at 300 DPI. For black text, use C0, M0, Y0, K100. For deep blacks, use C30, M20, Y20, K100. Apply K100 black for small text only. Embed or outline all fonts. Keep files in CMYK unless RGB or PMS is needed.

Thin White Text on Rich Black Backgrounds:
Thin white text on a rich black background can lose clarity because of print shifts. Use C30, M20, Y20, K100 as your rich black formula—not a heavier mix—and adjust white knockout text thickness as required.
