How our customer loyalty program rewards repeat business

Repeat business is the best kind of business. When a customer comes back for business cards, flyers, direct mail, or ID supplies, it means we did our job right the first time. We built our loyalty program to say thank you for that trust — and to make every future order a little more valuable.
The program is simple: every dollar you spend earns points, and those points convert into discounts, free upgrades, and priority turnaround on future jobs. There are no complicated tiers to memorize, no apps to install, and no hoops to jump through. If you order from us, you earn rewards.
Why we built a loyalty program for print customers
Print is rarely a one-time need. Most businesses need fresh materials every few months: new hires need cards, seasons change, promotions launch, and events come up. A loyalty program fits that rhythm because the rewards grow naturally as your business grows.
Loyalty programs work best when the rewards feel relevant to the thing people already buy. Discounts on future print, free rush service, and bonus upgrades on stock or finishing make sense for our customers in a way that generic gift cards never would.
The goal is not to lock anyone in. It is to recognize that repeat orders add up, and we want to share some of that value back. The businesses that benefit most are the ones that plan ahead and order consistently.
How points are earned
Every order earns points based on the pre-tax total. Standard products, custom quotes, and B2B orders all count toward the running balance.
Points are credited once the order ships or the service is completed. They do not expire as long as there is at least one qualifying order within a rolling 12-month window.
Wholesale and resale accounts earn points at a rate designed around their volume and pricing structure. If you are unsure which rate applies to your account, our team can confirm and explain the details.
What you can redeem points for
The most popular redemption is order credit. Apply points directly to a future invoice to bring the total down. It is the easiest way to see immediate savings.
Points can also cover rush turnaround fees, free shipping on smaller orders, or upgrades like thicker stock, soft-touch coating, or foil accents. These redemptions often deliver more value than a simple dollar discount.
We also run limited-time promotions, such as double points on a featured product category or bonus points for referring another business. These offers are announced by email and on your account dashboard.
Getting the most value from the program
Combine loyalty credit with planned ordering. If you know you will need holiday cards, Q4 mailers, or event flyers, place them in one order to hit a higher points threshold and stretch the rewards further.
Keep your account profile up to date so you receive redemption reminders and bonus offers. Missed promotions are missed value.
Refer other businesses. Many of our best customers came from referrals, and we bonus both the referrer and the new customer when the first order ships.
