Yes. Request a quote with the size, stock, quantity, and finishing you need and we will confirm feasibility and pricing.

Can I reorder a previous job?

Yes. Contact us with your previous order number and we will pull the approved files and re-run it. Reorders skip the proofing step unless something changed.

What file format should I send?

A press-ready PDF is preferred, with fonts embedded or outlined. We also accept AI, EPS, and high-resolution TIFF or PNG. Avoid Word, PowerPoint, Canva screenshots, and low-resolution JPGs pulled from a website.

What resolution and color mode do you need?

300 DPI at final print size, in CMYK. RGB files are converted for press, which can shift bright blues and greens noticeably.

How much bleed should I include?

0.125" (1/8") on every edge, with all text and logos kept at least 0.125" inside the trim line. A 3.5" x 2" business card, for example, should be built as a 3.75" x 2.25" document.

Yes. Our graphic design service covers everything from cleaning up a supplied file to building a piece from scratch. It is quoted per project.

Will I see a proof before printing?

You will receive a digital proof for approval on custom work. Nothing goes to press until you sign off. Note that a screen proof shows layout and content accurately but cannot guarantee exact color.

Why doesn't the printed color match my screen?

Monitors emit light (RGB) and paper reflects ink (CMYK), so some colors — especially vivid blues, greens, and neons — cannot be reproduced exactly. Specify Pantone colors when an exact brand match matters.

How long does printing take?

Standard production is typically a few business days after proof approval, depending on the product and finishing. Turnaround starts when the artwork is approved, not when the order is placed.

Commercial printing traditionally allows a small variance in final quantity on large runs. If an exact count is critical, tell us up front and we will run to guarantee the minimum.

Custom-printed items are made to order and cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a job arrives defective, damaged, or not as approved, contact us right away and we will reprint or refund it. Stock items such as printers, laminators, and supplies follow the standard return window in our refund policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Photograph the packaging and the pieces and contact us within a few days of delivery. Carrier damage claims move faster with photos.

How does the loyalty program work?
