Request Deletion of Your Data
You can ask Odd Jobs Media to delete the personal information we hold about you. This applies to the website and the Odd Jobs Media app. Submit the form below, or email quotes@oddjobsmedia.com.
What we delete
- Your customer account and profile details
- Newsletter and marketing subscriptions
- Uploaded artwork and print files, quote requests and messages
- Rewards points and saved preferences
What we may need to keep
- Records of completed orders, invoices and payments, which tax and accounting laws require us to keep (typically up to 7 years)
- Information needed to prevent fraud or resolve disputes
We never store your full card details — payments are handled by our payment processor. We will confirm your request by email and complete it within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for more.
